Les Maisons de la culture de Montréal
Since the opening of its first venue in Maisonneuve in 1981, Montréal’s Maisons de la culture network has worked to make the arts accessible to everyone. Present across all 19 boroughs, it offers nearly 3,000 performances, screenings and exhibitions each year and welcomes some 700,000 visitors. A municipal initiative bringing culture to the heart of Montréal’s neighbourhoods.
Every visit, a new discovery.
Colour brings the spaces to life, wayfinding guides visitors, and cultural publications are showcased through engaging, accessible displays. Each venue expresses its own character while sharing a common visual language. Culture reveals itself along the way. / In collaboration with MXMA Architecture & Design, and MYTO Design d’espaces vivants.
